I have become a true believer in the value of being pro-active with respect to health and wellness. One major step towards that goal was the 21 day detoxification program. During my first cleansing, I was surprised at the physical changes that occurred. Not only was there a noticeable weight loss, but also an improvement with my skin. The program also helped me to become more aware of what I was eating; I started to reevaluate food in general.
I noticed, with concern, that I was consuming “sight unseen” potential toxins, such as additives, preservatives, dyes, pesticides, etc., that are often contained in our food source.
